BSOD Address caused by address : ntoskrnl.exe+3f7dd0

Completely re-installed the Windows now. No BSOD, since I re-installed. The only thing troubling me is when I open the Task Manager, The CPU is at 80-85%, but after 5 seconds, it goes to less than 15%. Any reason for it. Even after complete re-install, deleted all my drives and everything, any idea why I am getting the Task manager to go to 80% for a few seconds, whenever I open it. No drivers, nothing has been installed right now, but then also it is showing me like this.

I will keep you guyz updated if I get any new BSOD's. But, kindly help me in the above problem.

Which method was chose to reinstall Windows:

a) reset save files

b) windows refresh

c) custom install

d) clean install

Were any drivers installed :

a) no third party drivers installed

b) from the HP website

c) from the component manufacturer websites

I used the Media Creation Tool using USB to re-install Windows.
