scannow: Windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

PowerShell $D=(New-Object -ComObject Wscript.Shell).SpecialFolders(4);Compress-Archive "%WinDir%\MEMORY.DMP" "$D\Memory_dmp"

Post a separate share link with only the compressed memory dump.

To make sure that the crashes are not related to the operating system or drivers backup images can be made and Windows clean installed.

After testing a backup image can be restored.

Some computers may have a partition to restore to factory defaults.

Alternatively files can be backed up to another disk drive or the cloud and Windows can be clean installed.

A Windows refresh will save files and reinstall the most up to date Windows version form the cloud.

Drivers and applications need to be reinstalled.

MemTest86 gave no errors. Made it run twice, with the 4 phases of tests. No error found whatsoever.

I am thinking of performing a system reset tomorrow with the help of HP Support. Any other advice will be deeply appreciated.

The memory dump was useful.

There were two misbehaving drivers in the memory dump debugging.

1. Uninstall Nvidia GPU driver nvlddmkm.sys using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)
2. Reinstall the Nvidia GPU driver using the driver displayed on the HP webiste
3. Uninstall Zone Alarm software using the applicable uninstall tool:

I will uninstall and then install the Display Driver after an hour or so.

But I can't find Zone Alarm Firewall Driver, neither in the Apps & Features, nor in the Control Panel. Should I delete the vsdatant.sys file manually?

I will postpone the system reset to a later date. But do reply about the Zone Alarm Firewall Driver.

Please run the zone alarm uninstall tool to see if it can find the file and perform a clean uninstallation of all files.

If it fails then download and install the free zone alarm firewall software version and then use the uninstall tool again.

Monitor for recurrent BSOD.
