Blue Screen Kernel security check failed

I've had this blue screen on a brand new install of Windows 11, I've updated all drivers, I've also run sfc scan and DISM commands, none returned any errors. I've uploaded the minidump to OneDrive, and I'd appreciate it if anyone could take a look at it and tell me what could be causing this error.

The computer had BSOD with Windows 11 and Windows 10.

The findings are consistent with malfunctioning hardware.

Some of the steps that were performed earlier in this thread may be repeated.

Testing hardware using software stress tests unfortunately often displays pass when there is malfunctioning hardware (false negative).

Typically swap testing is required.

Download and install one of these temperature monitoring software:

Speccy

https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy

HWMonitor

https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Speedfan https://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

Run Prime95 https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16474-prime95-stress-test-your-cpu.html Test for 3 hours.

Make note of when to abort testing in the link.

Post images or share links into this thread.

Record the continuous testing time and the highest temperature.

Run Furmark https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/13081-furmark-gpu-stress-test.html Test for 30 minutes.

Memtest86 has a feature to create text reports.

Hello again, I left the PC on running those tests again after running the batch file. It still got a BSOD, stuck at 0%. So my latest minidump and memory dump are still from the 19th, it hasn't generated a new one at all since then. Then I ran the batch file again and restarted WDV, leaving it to run overnight. And again, another BSOD stuck at 0% and no new logs. And it was also the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL both times, which I don't know if it's relevant.

Today is 07/21/2022.

The links had mini dump files with BSOD up to 07/19/2022.

Some were with WDV and some were without WDV.

The memory dump was without WDV.
1. Please use only one RAM module (the one that came with the computer).
2. Run this script:

2. Start WDV using all customized settings except:
[ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.
1. If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
verifier /querysettings

Hey there, I wanna say I really appreciate your help so far. This is the weirdest issue I've ever had, since usually a clean Windows installation could fix any other issues.

So I've run a few tests. When you mentioned reinstalling the AMD driver before with a different version, I chose "optional" and got a BSOD while restarting, so I left the PC running WDV on the GTX 1650 alone and it got a BSOD like 12h ish later. Then I tried memtest on each ram separately, no errors. I then let the PC run on just one RAM stick on the AMD driver, got a BSOD a few hours later. Then I did the same with the other while I was sleeping, got another BSOD. I had to disable "restart on failure" because it seems the most recent BSODs were all stuck on 0% and didn't generate any newer minidump or memory log. But at least now I have two screenshots taken with my phone.

Here's the link to the folder with some logs and the screenshots. The memory log is from when I ran only the GTX 1650. The second log is with only the Kingston ram, and the last one with the stock ram. The screenshots also have which ram they happened with between parentheses.

Please remove the mismatched RAM module.

Restart WDV.

If there is no immediate BSOD then post a share link for results of administrative command prompt: verifier /querysettings

If there is a BSOD then post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

Plan to run WDV for 24 hours with all customized settings except:

[ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.
