After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.
Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

2024-03-15T15:00:00+00:00 I have just been onto customer support as I am suffering with the same issue many people are experiencing here. I originally had a Windows 7 license updated to W8 through to W11. I have been told that, because I updated for free, my 11 license is no longer valid and I must purchase a new one. Is this correct. If it is, what confidence do I have that purchasing a new license would not result in the same issue? Also, how do I get a refund on the Win7 Pro licence that was updated and no longer supported?
