After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.

Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

Very nasty in that you don't know about this until it is too late. MSI and MS are not warning people.

That is like saying, don't do an oil change or fill up your tank - BIOS updates are made to resolve issues and add functionality. The first question manufacturers will ask when you file a tech ticket is: Are you running the latest bios.

It is like going to JiffyLube getting your oil changed and bring it back to the dealer for a recall and getting refused. I don't know the English word for it, but this ain't right. I have now paid for two licenses because they simply will not understand that I have a LEGALLY obtained license from the Microsoft Store because I build my computer myself. The license is tied to my Microsoft Account, and I never, ever have had this problem. I understand that, by changing the hardware, the license might need to get reactivated.

So, three hundred bucks later, still no activation, time to find other ways.

TTT. Windows 11 Pro assigned to me, to my @live account, which I purchased. I'm also an Office365 subscriber. I've always been legit. Yet... this issue...

I've been working with MS since 03OCT2023 immediately after a ASRock BIOS update. Even rolling back did nothing. I have 2 case numbers and it appears Microsoft is ghosting me.

To be fair: they have done everything "I think" possible to troubleshoot this issue, but NADA. This PC is a prebuilt; however, even the "assembler" can't get any traction. (It's a prebuilt, but everything in the PC are bin parts you can buy at Amazon or Newegg, so I'm not slamming them).

The attached image overlay is what I see. I can't change my background. I can't make many personalizations (I got around the "default sound" though Microsoft ..I..)

The key format ends with xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx 3V66T.

That's the same key they tried with me. Also a big nope.
