Windows activation after bios update

After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.

Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

I have still my old laptop functioning, so I'll give it a try and use this tools on that machine, with some luck there is some trace of the activation key yet.

One thing we need to do when (if) MS support solve this problem is to recover that activation key and save it on three different location to be safe. I mean, if this is the path we have to walk through every time a bios update is available, this is something to consider... just in case

Interesting you claim it has no impact on windows or its license, seeing as all these people have experienced this exact issue, myself included. If you dont know what your talking about then your comments aren't needed.

Just a quick update, according to my Service request history:

my first ticket was just cancelled, it was opened june 22nd, and cancelled yesterday.

No e-mail or phone call, of course. It was a not as explicative as the other 2 tickets, and sI should've cancel it myself, the interesting part is that they took ten whole days just to cancel a ticket request.

The next two tickets I opened are much more precise describing my issues, and they have also invoices of windows pro retali and the new hardware as attachments. Theye were opened on june 23rd (english) and june 30th (italian), no agent assigne yet, for both of them, and if the time span is similar to the first ticket I'm expecting something happening between today and tomorrow.

Last thing I noticed, the error code in activation troubleshooter suddenly changed, this morning. Now it says 'We can't activate windows right now' with a different error code (0x803FABC3)

The old error code was 0xC004F213

Oh well, second ticket just got marked as Cancelled (Resolved), this was the only one which triggered at least an automatic email reply.

I'm just speechless how unprofessional they become. Just one ticked survived (the Italian one), but no response at all for this one. No calls, no emails even in form of autoreply. None

This is frustrating... thinking about 'licensing' the old way this stupid OS, cause there will be no way I'll spend more money on it.

edit: any answer from GamerNexus? I think Microsoft support will continue ignoring/cancelling support ticket, unless some real sh*tstorm blows upon their heads...
