Windows activation after bios update

After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.

Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

I've got the same botherboard and just had exactly the same thing. I've just gone from level 1, 2 and now 3rd MS tech support.

What suprisies me is there is no internal bulitin as none of the three techs I've spoken with are aware of this.

If this was first reported in June 2022 and we're now in mid April 2023.

Same issue here after BIOS update in my Gigabyte B760m AUROS Pro AX.

This is obviously something wrong on MSs side. Wonder if we're ever going to get a fix.

Hi all, just chiming in to say this is still an issue, this time with a Gigabyte mobo. I don't know how I managed to get Win11 to reactivate after I dared update the BIOS...I went through the troubleshooting/get a new key/give up you're hosed/repeat cycle about 5 times and eventually it activated. Makes no sense, but when does Microsoft make sense?
