Window 10 access is denied

I found my computer try in to boot but goes to a blue screen then trying to repair it but is not working.

Then I want to command prompt and I try to run bootrec.exe/fix boot I got access denied.

Then I trough Diskpart

I rename the Valium in my case drive c: (where I thing the boot sector is) is volume 2, I rename value 2 to volume v: then exit

Cd v:

Then md \efi\microsoft\boot

Then cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

Then bootrec.exe/fixboot

Then I got access is denied

I need help pas this problem please

    You are welcome. I hope that does it.

    (1) Everything looks OK in that BCD including the recovery environment which is at C:\Recovery\WindowsRE. Let's let it alone for now at least. We are using it. If a new Windows 10 version comes in, the partition will automatically get created anyway (or so I've read).

    (2) I can't think of a reason for those folders to be on OneDrive. See whether you can just right-click & delete them. And/or, let's see a picture of your OneDrive folder in File Explorer...

    Yours will have a "Windows 10" folder there. What else is in it besides the Boot & EFI folders you showed earlier? How did the Windows 10 folder get there? Maybe don't delete anything until we figure this out.

    Good morning.

    The only way I access my old SSD is via external hard drive docking port that I have.

    So, when I boot my computer, the old SSD is not in the picture yet if I want to access it then I turn on my hard drive docking port that has capacity for 5 external drives.

    Anyway, I try to recover my old Fonts, and this is what happened. I only was able to get 7 items.

    is anyway to repair this so I can get all my fonts?

    I figure it out used the /s/i/h/c

    and that worked.

    I got almost all my fonts back that is impressive.

    That looks like Win 10 Installation media, but it is lacking the all-important Install.esd file of about 4 GB which is the image of Windows it would install. I can't think what it is good for without that. If you can't ether, then consider deleting the entire Windows 10 folder from OneDrive. You've got the full thing on a USB drive, right?
