Window 10 access is denied

I found my computer try in to boot but goes to a blue screen then trying to repair it but is not working.

Then I want to command prompt and I try to run bootrec.exe/fix boot I got access denied.

Then I trough Diskpart

I rename the Valium in my case drive c: (where I thing the boot sector is) is volume 2, I rename value 2 to volume v: then exit

Cd v:

Then md \efi\microsoft\boot

Then cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

Then bootrec.exe/fixboot

Then I got access is denied

I need help pas this problem please

    (1) Is there no option for just Legacy? If not, then "Legacy+UEFI" is right.

    (2) Move "Hard Disk: Kingston" to the top. That's important.

    (3) Remember again to save changes.

    (4) Unplug any USB hard drive.

    (5) Try the other 2 commands...

    Bootrec /FixMBRBootrec /RebuildBCD

    Whether they work or fail, try to boot to Windows.

    PCR.

    BIOS has two options:

    Option 1 UEFI

    Option 2 legacy+UEFI

    I select option 2

    Boot option #1

    Hard disk: Kingston

    Then executed the two commands

    And did not boot

    Irebooting

    And then

    Back to this

    Let me know

    Can I move some files manually?

    Anyway let me know.

    (1) Did your new SSD arrive yet?

    (2) Have you backed up your personal files to external media?

    (3) What is on the USB Hard drive that was unplugged?

    (4) What is on your 931 GB partition?

    You did everything right, but still there was no boot to Windows. We can't seem to get a BCD file even trying two different ways. I doubt it's worth trying to put it on the Windows partition instead of System Reserved. Maybe it's time for the clean install. Sorry I couldn't set it right. I hate it when commands like BCDBoot & Bootrec don't do what they are supposed to do. I'm pretty sure they were issued correctly.

    The ssd drive was canceled from the vendor (Newegg) because they are out of stock, I just got the Email now I have to reorder it (piss me off) in the morning but what you can do.

    I believe I only have to back up the ssd drive C: the rest of them they are in the D: drive.

    So I just plug out the SSD drive and instal the new one and then install the windows 10.

    The problem I am going to run is the windows key.

    I do not have USB hard drive I have USB 2TB stick.

    The 931 GB is my D: Hard drive
