    Hi,

    I'm Pedro A, Independent Advisor

    Try this procedure:

Click on "Start" menu and press the "On/Off" button

Press the "Shift" button on the keyboard and select the "Restart" option

On the choice screen, select the "Troubleshooting" option

    Then go to "Advanced options"

    Open the "Command Prompt"

You will be asked for your windows user password.

Type the commands below one at a time and hit enter:

    md \efi\microsoft\boot

    cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

    bootsect /nt60 all

    bootrec.exe/fixboot

    exit

    Restart your windows

    Only have blue screen

    With this option:

    Continue

    Turn of your pc

    So I go to troubleshoot

    Advance options

    Command prompt

    Then I select administrator

    Then I type the password

    Then I am in

    Now I am at

    X:\windows\system32

    What next?

    Hi,

Did you manage to access the CMD?

If you were able to access the command prompt (CMD) and you are seeing "X:\windows\system32", type the commands below

    md \efi\microsoft\boot

    cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

    bootsect /nt60 all

    bootrec.exe /fixboot

    exit
