Window 10 access is denied

I found my computer try in to boot but goes to a blue screen then trying to repair it but is not working.

Then I want to command prompt and I try to run bootrec.exe/fix boot I got access denied.

Then I trough Diskpart

I rename the Valium in my case drive c: (where I thing the boot sector is) is volume 2, I rename value 2 to volume v: then exit

Cd v:

Then md \efi\microsoft\boot

Then cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

Then bootrec.exe/fixboot

Then I got access is denied

I need help pas this problem please

    I am not 100% finish yet that is why the silence

    I am in the phase connecting my Microsoft privet server with windows 2012

    In the past my computer will see the server in the network but once a while when I get updates in my personal computer from Microsoft, they will ask me to enter a password.

    Usually, I have my computer without password because I am connecting to my computer some time remotely and I find out some software that I am using work better when is not a password to connect to my pc.

    So, once I put a password and reboot my computer, I fine out the PC will not connect to my server remove it and works fine.

    So now I am at that stage I cannot connect to my server where I have all my files then I remember the password issue trying to remove it, but I see allots of warnings about all that and frankly I like the way my PC is operating right now so I do not want to make too many changes.

    That is why now I will ask before I do any changes.

    Any recommendations.

    (1) The best thing to do soon is to make a system image backup. Need instructions?

    (2) Because it has been so ornery, I'd like a look at...

    (a) Type CMD into Search, then click "Run as Administrator".

    (b) Enter...

    BCDEdit /Enum All

    Use Ctrl-A & Ctrl-C to copy, then paste it here.

    Good morning to everyone well for me is good morning .

    I have installed my new windows 10 pro successfully and I now I am going trough painstakingly trying to recreate what I had.

    My computer is set to boot from UEFI hard drive.

    I don’t know what problems I am going to run into it but I am very sure one of you will help me.

    Also if you have any suggestions now is the time.

    Agin thank you all of you and Greg I am glad you push me for fresh start that was the correct way to go with this.

    What do I have to do so I don’t run to this problem in the future?

    (1) Set it for UEFI, & move UEFI Hard Disk to the top...

    (2) Boot to your Win 10 Installation USB drive through the one-time BIOS Boot Options Menu. if you don't know the F-Key that gets there, look it up in here....

    Get access to BIOS settings & Boot Menu: F-keys/Hotkeys by System Manufacturer (OEM)

    You need to press & hold the F-Key during boot at the manufacturer's logo (or at the black screen just before it) to get that menu. If pressed in time, mine shows activity at the bottom of the screen, then the boot menu soon shows up. From the options, you would choose UEFI USB Key, looks like. Mine has "UEFI:" followed by the manufacturer of the key.

    That is all in Greg's instructions that he posted earlier.

    Hi Guys first thank you to all Pedro, Greg, and PCR.

    I just got my 2 TB ssd hard drive.

    I am going to remove both C: and D:

    Drive install the new hard drive tomorrow ( it’s late now) and I am going to boot from the USB stick

    And then try to instal fresh install.

    What should my bios should look

    And please let me know if I miss any steps.
