Window 10 access is denied

I just order the Ssd hard drive.

I will let you know after I attempt to install windows 10 as per you instructions

I believe I have service contract with a Microsoft I will give them a call also.

1. How was Windows 10 originally Activated on the PC? Did it come preinstalled from Factory, was it Upgraded with free or paid Upgrade, or was it a retail copy and license?

For Upgrade when you first upgraded and it activated it assigned a permanent Digital License to the PC in Microsoft Activation Servers so you can reinstall any time and in any way you want as long as you reinstall the licensed version. It should reactivate soon after going online.

Factory installs have the Product Key embedded in BIOS or UEFI firmware and should activate themselves, but you can check for the key by installing ProducKey and look for OEM-BIOS key: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/produkey-x64.zip

Retail keys must be reinserted for reinstalls during install or in Settings.

Merely changing the hard drive/SSD is not enough of a hardware change to void an OEM license, that's only when the motherboard is changed.

I have not done anything yet.

I am pondering about all what happened.

So I made a decision to buy a bigger Ssd hard drive and install the new windows on that and I can buy a 2 TB now, that will be plenty and I don’t have do worry installing all the software to the D: drive because I did not have enough space in C: drive.

So now brings me to the other two questions.

1 how I am going to get a new software key

2 I Need to fine my pst file because all my businesses contacts and records liability issues

Kosta, don't worry I know you are trying and will be here to help as much as you need. I am traveling now so may be out of touch for hours at a time but I will check in on you several times a day.

Did you confirm UEFI is enabled in BIOS? Are you able to set Windows Boot Manager first in Boot Priority?

Then boot the media from the BIOS Boot menu key I give in the tutorial here: BIOS Boot Menu Key

I show you exactly how to trigger it by powering on the PC while pressing the key.

Then proceed with the written steps to skip Product Key, choose Install Now, Custom Install then delete all partitions off the drive, choose the resulting Unallocated Space and click Next to auto-create and format the needed partitions and begin install - this makes it foolproof.

The problem with setting the flash stick installer first to boot in BIOS Setup is that it will cause the install to start over again when it restarts during install. You can avoid this by unplugging the flash stick before it restarts.

After install expedite all Windows Updates including Optional until no more are offered. Then import any drivers from the PC maker's Support Downloads web page for your model that are newer, or branded instead of generic. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough.
