I think you deleted that 101 MB System Reserved partition (in your picture), then you shrunk the Windows partition by 500 MB for a new one. You issued the command to create it, & it got created. But I'm unsure whether it got created into the 500 MB area or the 101 MB area. It would be OK no matter which, but I'm unsure whether the letter R: that you specified will stick.

So, let's see the above before you do the BCDBoot in my last post.

Costa, the System Reserved partition got created well. But the BCDBoot command couldn't find boot files. It wants to get them from your Windows partition & put them into the System Reserved partition. But you are in the recovery environment where letters may be different. It might not be C:. So...

I think you deleted the System Reserved partition that is in that picture. Your new System Reserved partition should still have the letter R you put on it. What letter does the 222 GB partition have? I believe that is your Windows partition on the SSD. If not still F, use the letter it has now...

Did the DIR command show a Windows, Users, & Program Files folder? Then do the BCDBoot command, & exit the Command Prompt. If you changed BIOS to be in UEFI mode, then change it back to Legacy. That would be at "Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings". Otherwise, click "Continue" to hopefully boot to Windows. Good luck.

But I do believe you should probably do the clean install anyway for the added protections of UEFI & better partitioning capabilities.

This almost worked, but after

"cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot"

Says: system cannot find the drive specified.

&

"bootsect /nt60 all"

Says: C,D, & one volume FAT32 all successful

BUT: hard disk volume 2

"Could not open the volume root directory: the parameter is incorrect."

" Bootcode was successfully updated on at least one volume."

Then I entered the last code prompt

and... blue screen.

Please help. I am running off an Asus laptop.

The last thing that was done to my computer was an auto update of Windows 10 and I cannot get off of the blue screen no matter how many command prompts I type in and I've tried everything yours has been the closest but it can only recover one volume please see above notes so so then when I go to reboot it it still goes to blue screen.
