I think you deleted that 101 MB System Reserved partition (in your picture), then you shrunk the Windows partition by 500 MB for a new one. You issued the command to create it, & it got created. But I'm unsure whether it got created into the 500 MB area or the 101 MB area. It would be OK no matter which, but I'm unsure whether the letter R: that you specified will stick.
So, let's see the above before you do the BCDBoot in my last post.
