What was the original error when you got the BSOD? You were doing boot repairs but what told you the issue was with the boot files and not a Windows Update, corrupted account, bad driver or any of the many other issues that we see here besides boot file issues?

The reason I ask this is because even if you were able to do the tech equivalent of open-heart surgery to restore the deleted System Reserved boot partition, chances are WIndows will not start because that was not the original cause of WIndows failure to start, instead it was one of the 80% other causes that Windows won't start besides boot level issues.

So you can actually restore the System Reserved partition which was wrongly deleted, but it may still not start until the other repairs for Windows failure to start are completed. This is a problem because you will not know when the System Reserved partition is restored if it was not the original problem.

For this reason I suggest you do the reinstall we discussed to avoid any further delay. It would already have been reinstalled with a gold standard Clean Install, after rescuiing your files, days ago if the Clean Install had been done. There is no reason to fear this. Millions of consumers have done the gold standard Clean Install over the past twleve years and not one has ever failed nor has anyone come back with further problems that I've ever seen.

If you want to continue with PCR that's fine, too. He is very capable. I just want you to know if you feel like it's a losing battle, then keep in mind those who Clean Install with that tutorial always win the best installs anyone can possible have.

You left out the backslash after F:. It might make a difference....

You need to be in Legacy Mode (not UEFI mode) in order to boot a Legacy installation which is what you've got. Go into BIOS Setup this way from the "Choose an Option" screen...

"Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings"

If you can't determine what mode it is in, post pictures of the various screens, especially the Boot Menu screen. Maybe post the pictures anyway. If you still cannot boot after that, post a picture of...
