Asus TUF Gaming F15 wifi driver suddenly stops working (MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN Card)

After I install the latest Windows 11 update, my laptop now loses connection and goes missing in the settings.

I tried uninstalling and reinstall the driver from the Asus support website and the issue still occurs. Is this a common occurrence for this laptop or is it just me?

Hope there is a solution before I send it to the repair shop as a last resort. I'm currently on USB Tethering using my old phone just to connect for the time being.

    The mobile hotspot on my laptop was never turned on. I guess I'll wait for the fix just in case the update was actually what caused it.

    Hello SorB_,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

    The latest update has an issue with wifi drivers causing wifi disconnections if you have hotspot turned on in settings.

    If you have try switching off the feature untill a fix has been released for the issue.

    Press windows key and type in hotspot

    Press enter.

    Turn of the setting that says "Mobile hotspot"

    I think I installed the optional one too. Maybe that caused it. idk

    The default win 11 update settings installs only critical updates it does not install Optional updates, which includes Drivers

    You obtain both Bios and ALL driver updates from Asus, there will be a shortcut key for this on your system.
