Before I format my laptop, there is an issue when I open an application more specific a game it shut down automatically. To confirm that only games make it shut down I open some software applications and there were no issues.
The applications I open when my laptop shut down are Epic Games Launcher, Skyrim and Roblox. I tried all the possible solutions like scanning viruses and removing malware but the issue still appears.
I formatted my laptop and downloaded the epic games launcher to download a game but when I open it, it suddenly shut down, same issue when I tried to play Roblox. Is there a possibility that the issue is in the hardware? Thank you.

I wonder if it's failing when it tries to switch to the video card as the game stresses GPU more.
This is why it's important to know if switchable graphics is enabled and set correctly. I gave you articles to go over it.
If your PC is within a year of purchase you can contact Support to ask for their help. They must get it running correctly or repair or replace it during the first year.

Were the articles about Switchable graphics not clear about how to check the settings so you know it's working correctly? Please go over the settings it discusses in those articles since it is where the problem most likely lies.
At first, it is not clear because the Radeon settings in the article are different, I searched about it and found out that to enable switchable graphics you need to change the power options settings and set it to high performance. Then change the plan set, change the advanced power setting and there is an option for Switchable Dynamic graphics and set the plugin to maximize performance.
Hi sir Greg, I notice that even though I choose my Radeon 535(discrete) to play Roblox it seems that is not working. The temperature is going up and the fan speed is 100℅ but the fan speed RPM is 0 and the GPU load is zero.
I think you are right that it failed to switch graphics.
