My laptop shutting down when opening game

Before I format my laptop, there is an issue when I open an application more specific a game it shut down automatically. To confirm that only games make it shut down I open some software applications and there were no issues.

The applications I open when my laptop shut down are Epic Games Launcher, Skyrim and Roblox. I tried all the possible solutions like scanning viruses and removing malware but the issue still appears.

I formatted my laptop and downloaded the epic games launcher to download a game but when I open it, it suddenly shut down, same issue when I tried to play Roblox. Is there a possibility that the issue is in the hardware? Thank you.

    Yes, it does have a dual or switchable graphics. GPU device 1: AMD Radeon (TM) Vega 3 Graphics

    I've never understood why laptop makers would go to all the trouble of engineering and selling Switchable Graphics and then provide little or no instructions for how they work. Almost all of the owners I've encountered over the years who have these don't even know it! It's a huge marketing failure.

    I thought that doing what was mentioned in the Acer community will help my problem.

    Same result after doing GPU stressing.

    By the way, it helps a little that I can run those applications in under a minute and then hard shut down, unlike before when I open it, quickly hard shutdown

    Did you get switchable graphics set up so that it properly switches as designed to the card when the graphics become stressed?

    If not can you find a way to set your preferred graphics chip in the switchable graphics designated control panel explained in the tutorials?
