My laptop shutting down when opening game

Before I format my laptop, there is an issue when I open an application more specific a game it shut down automatically. To confirm that only games make it shut down I open some software applications and there were no issues.

The applications I open when my laptop shut down are Epic Games Launcher, Skyrim and Roblox. I tried all the possible solutions like scanning viruses and removing malware but the issue still appears.

I formatted my laptop and downloaded the epic games launcher to download a game but when I open it, it suddenly shut down, same issue when I tried to play Roblox. Is there a possibility that the issue is in the hardware? Thank you.

    Are you able to confirm if switchable graphics works on your model, and is this sufficient? If not is setting preferred GPU working for you?

    Once you study the articles then set the graphics so that they are switchable, or for your preferred GPU.

    I don't know if you are talking about automatically switch when graphics is stress.

    I only know that I can select what gpu I will used in desired application

    Did you get switchable graphics set up so that it properly switches as designed to the card when the graphics become stressed?

    If not can you find a way to set your preferred graphics chip in the switchable graphics designated control panel explained in the tutorials?
