Before I format my laptop, there is an issue when I open an application more specific a game it shut down automatically. To confirm that only games make it shut down I open some software applications and there were no issues.
The applications I open when my laptop shut down are Epic Games Launcher, Skyrim and Roblox. I tried all the possible solutions like scanning viruses and removing malware but the issue still appears.
I formatted my laptop and downloaded the epic games launcher to download a game but when I open it, it suddenly shut down, same issue when I tried to play Roblox. Is there a possibility that the issue is in the hardware? Thank you.

How did you confirm switchable graphics is turned off? Can I see a screenshot?
Are you able to turn off one of the GPU's in AMD settings or in BIOS? Can I also see a screenshot of this?
Try test with each GPU disabled, making sure to enable the other one first.
I turn off the Switchable graphics and I run the Heaven benchmark of Unengine.
I'm amazed and I thought that it will not shut down because the heaven benchmark runs smoothly and I think it reaches up to a minute. Then it shut down.
It improves unlike before.
Were those drivers new and did they install successfully. Restart PC and test again.
If it still crashes when it begins to stress, turn off Switchable graphics in it's Settings and try each GPU separately while turning off the other one in Switchable graphics controls, AMD Control Panel (accssed by right clicking empty area of desktop), or in the BIOS Setup.
Still the same problem sir.
It's referring to the driver version that's recommended for each GPU. So install them both.
