My laptop shutting down when opening game

Before I format my laptop, there is an issue when I open an application more specific a game it shut down automatically. To confirm that only games make it shut down I open some software applications and there were no issues.

The applications I open when my laptop shut down are Epic Games Launcher, Skyrim and Roblox. I tried all the possible solutions like scanning viruses and removing malware but the issue still appears.

I formatted my laptop and downloaded the epic games launcher to download a game but when I open it, it suddenly shut down, same issue when I tried to play Roblox. Is there a possibility that the issue is in the hardware? Thank you.

I disable the 530 series in the device manager, and I run the Heaven Benchmark and it finished the benchmark like the photo I sent earlier.

In the task manager, the only GPU detected is the Radeon, which is great that the problem is fixed.

I only need to disable it in the device manager. And yeah it is better now.

Based on the article in the acer community, it is like disabling the 530 series is the best option to do.
