Before I format my laptop, there is an issue when I open an application more specific a game it shut down automatically. To confirm that only games make it shut down I open some software applications and there were no issues.
The applications I open when my laptop shut down are Epic Games Launcher, Skyrim and Roblox. I tried all the possible solutions like scanning viruses and removing malware but the issue still appears.
I formatted my laptop and downloaded the epic games launcher to download a game but when I open it, it suddenly shut down, same issue when I tried to play Roblox. Is there a possibility that the issue is in the hardware? Thank you.

Yesterday, you said to turn off switchable graphics then I responded to you that it run for more than a minute and then shut down.
Now I run again the Heaven Benchmark of unengine. I can't believe that it finish rendering, before I render it play it for more than 5 minutes and then I start benchmark for scoring and it run all the 26 frame for 2 mins. And the result:
Please read through the threads I gave you which discuss how Switchable Graphics are handled in the Andrenaline software after the setting was taken out. We need to try to get Switchable Graphics working, or else turn it off and get the remaining GPU to be stable.
It is the same way I turn off my switchable graphics. I change the power option and remove the application in Display Setting>Graphic Setting.
