Okay so wasting more time but here we go again.
Obviously the application shouldn't reconfigure daily+, but here we are, and not even uninstalling it can prevent this.
I've done all of the below and more:
Full suite of memtests and disk checks - not ram/drives
Full suite of Windows installation tests: sfc/dsim/drivers/bios/full clean installs x2 with different images - not my image, and furthermore from my experiences the Xbox app itself seems to be the culprit.
This alone knocks out virtually everything you could have suggested short of doing a whole new build, which lets be frank, if the hardware is fine according to every test known and everything else works swimmingly, well I think Occam's razor is a thing right?
My reliability monitor shows Microsoft Gameinput re-configuring at the identical moment of every crash I've had. Period. No other crashes no other variations.
I'd love for it to be something else, but frankly I've exhausted every experiment and test I've seen or can conjure, including the nuclear clean installs (multiple times), and it's given me nothing but wasted time.
