I'm trying to install the 2022-07 update for Windows 11. Every time I try it gets to 35% the I get the following error message & it tells me to retry.
2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems
(KB5015814). Install error - 0x80073701
I'm not a computer expert so any help would be appreciated.

The "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" was the issue. It had been stopped.
