The update install fine for me on two out of three systems. The third Intel system also refused so I uninstalled Malwarebytes and did an in-place upgrade.
I did the in-place upgrade because I had been trying to get a Wi-Fi card to install and had made some changes to the registry which may have been involved. It did install normally after these actions.
If you want, you might provide the WindowsUpdate.log and I will check it against mine. In order to create the log you need to open PowerShell as Admin and enter the command below. It will place the log on your desktop. It will be a large file and you can remove earlier entries but please leave several days to check just prior to the update attempt. The make it available with a link since it is too large to copy and paste.
