MSN account blocked due to user name.

I have recently been blocked from commenting on MSN platform for all articles. This as the subject says due to my user name which is RyDa and have no idea how or why it would breach their guidelines.
I have asked for a review which has been successful and "would be back commenting soon" as they said but it has already been 2-3 days.

I actually had a response from Microsoft to say they had no problem with my using my real name ( guess that is good to know!)- but they have no communication with MSN who is STILL blocking me!! Again, today, I have just had the trite response from MSN that the decision has been reversed and I "should be able to reply again soon". How long is a piece of thread!! It is a bit annoying as I don't want other contributors to think I have just not bothered replying to them!! I have also noticed that in the past few days MSN have "closed" certain discussions which, shall I say, seem to be more "politically" involved - especially the on-going war in Ukraine and now the "agitations" of China towards Taiwan. Why bother giving people a chance to air their views if those views do not meet the "views" of the company setting up the site? Ah well! Back to FaceBook perhaps!!!

Like you, I too would like to actually see MSN do what they have said they would and reverse their ludicrous idea, and also like you I too would like to continue to comment on issues. Makes you wonder why they have set up the comments facility if those of us who use their REAL names are not allowed to post...... Hope you get your "block" sorted very soon.
