Totally agree with you - where are these mythical "moderators" who just need to take one minute to actually explain why this has been going on for so long, why, every day we get the same uselesss, boring reply, and why we have made such "severe" mistakes in the first place! Part of me thinks they actually do not have a valid reason at all, and rather than admit we have not actually done anything wrong (how on earth can somebody's real name, or their profile picture - mine again is actually me in it!) not meet "guidelines"? Pathetic, ridiculous, and does not make Microsoft out to be a serious organization. It is beyond unbelievable!!!

Like you, I still read the articles and the responses, and have to admit there are some issues I really would want to reply to, given what some people are still actually allowed to say, yet we are not allowed to comment.

I totally understand you moving on - sometimes it feels like you are indeed talking to the proverbial brick wall. There is still a part of me a bit "bloody - minded"!! Seems there is someone at MSN who doesn't like a lot of things - including a person's real name etc, what someone feels they need to say (what happened to free speech, as long as it is not totally offensive, using swear words and so forth) and actually practising common sense.

Who knows, maybe there will be a "miracle", and we may all get a real response!! Hope springs eternal, as the saying goes.

Hi to everyone who has been following the 5 month saga of my trying to get un-blocked.

Today, as every day, I went to put in my usual request for a "review" only to find I am now able to comment again! What a surprise to say the least. I now have to use Joan Calder, instead of my usual Jo Calder, and no photo is showing - guess I can do that if I want, but not that important.

So, folks, must be on my best behaviour now :)

All I can say is that you just keep at it - I truly never thought I would actually be "reprieved" - so if I finally got my ban lifted, there is NO reason why you can't as well. As I mentioned, EVERY day I sent in a request for a review, not for a minute expecting it would actually work!! Onwards and upwards! DO let me know how you progress.
