I have recently been blocked from commenting on MSN platform for all articles. This as the subject says due to my user name which is RyDa and have no idea how or why it would breach their guidelines.
I have asked for a review which has been successful and "would be back commenting soon" as they said but it has already been 2-3 days.

I think it’s a bug but I don’t really know so they could be blocking us on purpose.
I have had my ban reviewed successfully and still I’m banned.
There no one to contact and leave feedback is a waste of time because you never hear anything back.
You have gave me a good idea and maybe I will contact the BBC here in UK and maybe they could look into it.
I have been blocked for months. Thinking about reporting MSN to CNN for violation of my free speech. I get the same message that my case was reviewed and overturned. Something is wrong here.
@ Ry Da - I totally agree with you; an explanation would solve our queries. I also noticed the Comments facility is unusable, all it says is that you can read but not comment. You are also correct regarding the "help" sections (that's a joke) as they are a total waste of time - I've tried every link, every page, every option. Like you, to speak to a real person you would need to go to their headquarters, or phone the US - even then if you did phone you would probably be put on hold!!!
As I've said before, I've been told now since 20th July that the decision was reversed banning me and I would be able to post again "very soon", whenever that is. I really do feel that you should have an explanation why your posts "violated" community guideline, so then you would not make the same mistake again. As for me, I just want to know why my REAL name, which I have always used, suddenly did not "meet community guidelines". I appreciate that some usernames may be a bit risqué, but somebody's actual name being unacceptable is truly weird.
Like you, I would also like to be able to make one post, explaining to others why I did not respond to them, because my real name is against guidelines! The whole thing is completely bizarre.
It's crazy that they can just lock a thread and not give any information about the problem.
There is no chance of contacting anybody from MSN or Microsoft because these chat nows and help sections are a complete waste of time for this specific problem as for trying to talk to a real person it would probably be qucicker to fly to the USA and stand outside their HQ.

I can't even post because I'm blocked from commenting because of my user ID.
@ Ry Da - I've now made 40 "successful" appeals since 20th July ..... and still blocked.
Earlier today I also saw a Moderator had posted that the thread was being locked. I'm totally confused about the whole set-up. I am finding it totally impossible to get anywhere in trying to contact MSN.
