MSN account blocked due to user name.

I know a person clicked a button to ban me. Even if I got access again it wouldn't be the same. Makes me wonder why I even expressed my opinion in the first place. All I have is my right to vote. I'll continue to run from crazy.

Yes I will definitely let you know if I am able to contact someone or find a fix of sorts. I did look at deleting my profile and setting up a new one but you lose all progression with windows and xbox and the likes so it is not really viable.

Maybe after the 30 days you will be able to comment again.

l spent well over an hour today trying to follow what CB had mentioned about signing out and then signing in again with a slightly different name but did not know exactly how to do this. I was all over the website yet again, trying to see how to do this, and finally ended up with more complications. When I tried to put in my details again, I was told that my contact email they had was actually my son's email (he certainly does not post, although he does have an account with MSN). When I tried to put my email address as my account verification - they already have had my email address for a long time - I was told that I am now having to wait 30 days to have my "identity verified"!!! What is that all about?? So, not only am I now barred from commenting on posts, I have to wait for a month to be "vetted". I truly cannot understand how this can happen; they already have my own email address, (it even came up on the screen as my bona fide email!!) and my mobile number, but just because I tried to "explore" a little further into their crazy set-up, this is what has happened.

I TOTALLY agree with you their "contact us" is a farce. I am glad it is not just me who cannot find even one link that may be helpful. There is no real option for us to actually get in touch with someone who may provide us with an answer. I actually think they do not want to interact, try to explain how their operation works, or actually care that we may have queries. I now feel their website is designed to put us off from contacting, or making our views known. To me it has to be one of the most user-unfriendly websites ever.

I have tried logging in and out with different name changes and still blocked from commenting. I don't even know if the review button is working either because the last review was on the 28th of september even though i have requested numerous reviews since.

Trying to get help is infuriating as "contact us" is the most pointless link on here as for the life of me I can not see anywhere to contact them. It's just help pages.

I contacted the BBC but I won't hold my breathe on any help from them.

I will leave a message below swearing at them and see if that will work.
