MSN account blocked due to user name.

Hello

I have recently been blocked from commenting on MSN platform for all articles. This as the subject says due to my user name which is RyDa and have no idea how or why it would breach their guidelines.

I have asked for a review which has been successful and "would be back commenting soon" as they said but it has already been 2-3 days.

    Still nobody from microsoft willing to acknowledge the problem and more importantly rectify it?

    The feedback is a waste of time as I have sent nearly 50 if not more and the help me pages are of no help, Microsoft has to be now one of the worst companies out there even worse than electronic arts and that is saying something.

    Absolute shocking company!!

    I think it’s a bug but I don’t really know so they could be blocking us on purpose.

    I have had my ban reviewed successfully and still I’m banned.

    There no one to contact and leave feedback is a waste of time because you never hear anything back.

    You have gave me a good idea and maybe I will contact the BBC here in UK and maybe they could look into it.

    Same exact problem here..Numerous appeals have been filed and cleared, but the ban remains. This should be an easy fix!

    Surely any mod that can impose a ban, can remove them too?! 🤔🤨😡

    Hello

    I have gave feedback and tried downloading the app on phone and changing my name but still not working. This has been going on since 18/07/2022 for myself and I understand it's been going on for a couple of years from what I have read online.

    I'm no tech expert but from my point of view the size of Microsoft and they can't fix what appears to be a small bug/fault what ever it is, looks really bad on their part.
