Windows 11 with AX210/AX211 unable to see 6GHz network using the latest drivers.

I recently bought a new Asus 6E (6GHz) router, and I have four newer laptops with Intel AX210 and AX211 wireless cards installed, all running Windows 11 or Windows 10 Professional.  Two of these computers came with Windows 11 Professional and the AX210/AX211 wireless cards new, and the other two were upgraded.

None of my computers can see the 6GHz network.   I know the network is broadcasting because my S21 Ultra can see and connect to the 6GHz band.  I've tried the latest manufacturer driver 22.130.0.5 and latest Intel driver 22.140.0.3, and neither of them can see the 6GHz network.

In my search for help, I found this previous post Solved: ax210 window 10 21h2 not showing 6GHz networks - Intel Communities and tried the recommended older 22.45.1.1 driver and it worked.  However, 22.45.1.1 was only provided by the Microsoft Insider program to enable initially enable Wi-Fi 6E support in Windows 10 and is over fifteen months old.

This doesn't seem like a hardware issue since my phone can connect to the 6GHz network, and my computers can connect to the network using the older driver.  I even verified this by purchasing a different Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz) router to confirm it wasn't a router issue.  However, I still can't see the 6Ghz network using any other version of the driver.

I have a help ticket open with the computer manufacturer, router manufacturer, and Intel but thought I would ask here as well since it seems like a software issue.

    So I'm not sure what changed, I kinda gave up on things for a bit, but I resetup a dedicated SSID for the 6e band yesterday and I am able to connect to it successfully with my Precision 5470/AX211. WiFi driver is listed as version 22.170.2.1 from 8/31/2022. The AP I'm connecting to is a Ubiquiti U6-Enterprise which is on firmware 6.2.39. Connection shows WPA3 and has been very stable showing the Link Speed (Rx/Tx) at 2402/2402 (Mbps). Haven't done a ipref but that's because I don't have anything else on the network above 1Gb yet to test to. My APs uplink is at 2.5Gb though.

    Tim - when I get back to my office on Friday, I'll send some screen shots showing my windows 11 Lenovo carbon with an AX211 connects to my Meraki MR57 at 6ghz.

    I can assure you the latest drivers don’t work with the Meraki MR57.

    Dell Support to this point has had me trying different things and now wants me to find another 6GHz network to try. I have no idea where there is another 6 GHz network in my area, especially since the Precision 5570 is the only device I have that supports it!

    I pushed back today and asked if they are sure that the current configuration and drivers support 6E and the 6 GHz band and we'll see what they say.

    Ya I did the same. Interesting to note, I couldn’t see the 6ghz on my new Lenovo carbon but was able to connect to a 6ghz network on my Meraki network at work. Makes zero sense. Even sent my laptop back to Lenovo to assess but it came back without issue according to them.
