The following page says: "Intel Wi-Fi 6/6E (up to 6GHz) AX211 2x2 with Bluetooth Wireless" in the wireless row on the configuration tab.

That is the information I used when deciding to purchase the laptop for the express purpose of testing my new Qty. 95, 6 GHz AP deployment / project.

But... Dell tech support replies with the following document that only lists 2.4 and 5 GHz.

So.... False advertising? They acknowledge that the first link misrepresents the product but say I've had the laptop for too long to return it. Of course I've spent all of that time trying to get 6GHz to work. They couldn't tell me this when I called Dell on week one?

I stumbled across this rather long thread because I experienced the same issue with a 5570, and a recent UniFI Enterprise 6 AP. Even Dell's spec sheet in your link contradicts itself. It only lists 2.4Ghz, and 5Ghz, but then it also lists:
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax)

Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax)

Wi-Fi 6E specifically refers to 6Ghz support, and I'm sure the Wi-Fi alliance chose that naming scheme to clarify it.

I have a Pixel 6 Pro and an ASRock Z690 board with a Killer AX1675 (also Intel based apparently now) and both see the 6e explicitly set SSID network just fine.

It is usually the chipset that determines if the CNVio card will work with 6 GHz. Do you know the chipset that system is using?

The following is info from the Intel specifications for the Z790 chipset. By the end of next week, I will have one for testing to confirm it does work with 6e. If you look at your chipset, it may show the same thing or just Wi-Fi 6. But even if it does show 6e, the driver may keep it from working which is what they are doing with Windows 10.

Basically the same deal with Lenovo. Quite a few people have written about this saying that the AX 210 is a standalone wireless card that works every time. But the 211 has some connectivity to the processor, and unless the processor itself is set up for 6 GHz it won’t work. Anyway, by the time we get this figured out, Wi-Fi seven will be here which is supposed to be a whole lot more stable and faster.
