Windows 11 with AX210/AX211 unable to see 6GHz network using the latest drivers.

I recently bought a new Asus 6E (6GHz) router, and I have four newer laptops with Intel AX210 and AX211 wireless cards installed, all running Windows 11 or Windows 10 Professional.  Two of these computers came with Windows 11 Professional and the AX210/AX211 wireless cards new, and the other two were upgraded.

None of my computers can see the 6GHz network.   I know the network is broadcasting because my S21 Ultra can see and connect to the 6GHz band.  I've tried the latest manufacturer driver 22.130.0.5 and latest Intel driver 22.140.0.3, and neither of them can see the 6GHz network.

In my search for help, I found this previous post Solved: ax210 window 10 21h2 not showing 6GHz networks - Intel Communities and tried the recommended older 22.45.1.1 driver and it worked.  However, 22.45.1.1 was only provided by the Microsoft Insider program to enable initially enable Wi-Fi 6E support in Windows 10 and is over fifteen months old.

This doesn't seem like a hardware issue since my phone can connect to the 6GHz network, and my computers can connect to the network using the older driver.  I even verified this by purchasing a different Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz) router to confirm it wasn't a router issue.  However, I still can't see the 6Ghz network using any other version of the driver.

I have a help ticket open with the computer manufacturer, router manufacturer, and Intel but thought I would ask here as well since it seems like a software issue.

    I have a Dell Latitude 5430 Rugged with an Intel AX210 6e wifi,
    I have two 6ghz networks in my house (my isp's "Giga Hub") and asus AXE16000 with 4 ASUS E12's on a wired Aimesh

    i have two independant 6e (6Ghz) ssid's

    both are seen with my Amazon Fire cube.

    but my dell laptop doesnt see them at all...

    ive changed to the 22.45.1.1 drivers and stioll nothing..

    that was on win10... eventually i upgraded to win11 (dont like it)

    then did a fresh install.. still nothing

    reverted back to 22.45.1.1 on win11 still and nothing..

    twice ive had it appear from one of the e12 nodes in the basement with low signal.. then i switch wifi on my computer off and on and its gone for good,

    second time was with Dell tech support after 3 hours on the phone reinstalling the OS.. but the second i turned the wifi switch in windows off and on again.. gone never to return

    after contacting Dell support.. the first caimed it was software and made me pay $150 for the software team to fix... after 1 week and about a dozen.. maybe more resets and reinstalls of win10 and win11

    they finally sent me to mail in suport as a hardware issue.. sent it last friday and got it back yesterday.

    the ticket said the replced the AX210 with a new one

    all exicited i hooked it up,, theyd formatted the drive and left it in a new win10 state.. i completed it.. no wifi 6e bands shown.. so i uninstalled drivers and installed 22.45.1.1, still nothing..

    formated and intalled win11,, nothing no 6e,

    uninstalled drivers and installed 22.45.1.1 again.. still nothing..

    not sure what i should do now.. call dell and say stil not working?

    ive invested at least 12 hours on the phone with them and the loss of my laptop for 3 weeks now..

    im at my wits end and feel this will end up being my proplem to fix

    I was only able to see my 6g connection after going into device manager and playing around with some of the properties.
    Device Manager -> Network adapters -> wifi 6E right click for properties -> Advanced ->Property 802.11 a/b/g wireless mode select either one of the Dual band choices and then 6g connection showed up. I also set the >Property 802.11 n/ac/ax wireless mode to 802.11 ax

    Hi,

    I am fighting same issue here with Dell XPS 8950 with Killer Wifi ax1675x card. Asus axe1600 router. Tried just about everything with no luck seeing wifi 6/6E network. Windows 11 Pro. I can connect to wifi 6e network on my Samsung S22 ultra no problem and see 6G network SSID. Very frustrating.
