I was actually able to make it work on 6GHz also by downloading from dell website driver for the OS i have for model that has this network card. Now working without issues.

I recently bought a new Asus 6E (6GHz) router, and I have four newer laptops with Intel AX210 and AX211 wireless cards installed, all running Windows 11 or Windows 10 Professional. Two of these computers came with Windows 11 Professional and the AX210/AX211 wireless cards new, and the other two were upgraded.
None of my computers can see the 6GHz network. I know the network is broadcasting because my S21 Ultra can see and connect to the 6GHz band. I've tried the latest manufacturer driver 22.130.0.5 and latest Intel driver 22.140.0.3, and neither of them can see the 6GHz network.
In my search for help, I found this previous post Solved: ax210 window 10 21h2 not showing 6GHz networks - Intel Communities and tried the recommended older 22.45.1.1 driver and it worked. However, 22.45.1.1 was only provided by the Microsoft Insider program to enable initially enable Wi-Fi 6E support in Windows 10 and is over fifteen months old.
This doesn't seem like a hardware issue since my phone can connect to the 6GHz network, and my computers can connect to the network using the older driver. I even verified this by purchasing a different Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz) router to confirm it wasn't a router issue. However, I still can't see the 6Ghz network using any other version of the driver.
I have a help ticket open with the computer manufacturer, router manufacturer, and Intel but thought I would ask here as well since it seems like a software issue.

2023-05-06T18:36:39+00:00 I am testing on Dell 7400 with Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX1675x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (210NGW) driver as shown.
It does not see 6GHz ssid created by Unifi U6-Enterprise with WPA3 channel 160MHz at all. My android 13 phone sees it properly and it works.
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 with latest updates. -

2023-04-25T14:27:39+00:00 April 2023 outside. I have 22.200.2.1 drivers installed. But the AX210 still doesn't work properly at 5GHz. The speed is extremely low (21-30 Mbps), frequent disconnections (about 2-5 times in 10 minutes). I tried to disable 160MHz on the router, but it also does not help. Changed routers (Anus ROG AX6000, Anus AX89X, Keenetik Peak and others). But nothing helps either. As far as I understand, the only possible solution is to change the AX210 to another adapter.

I finally gave up on this and like you spent way to much time trying to make this work. In the end I ran a Cat6 cable from the Asus GT-AXE16000 to a 2.5Gb switch then to the TRENDnet 2.5Gase-T PCIe Network Adapter and am getting full speed on my 1.5Gb connection. I also tried the Plugable 2.5G USB C and USB to Ethernet Adapter,
on a older desktop and laptop that are limited to 1Gb because of built in hardware. They all were able to reach full 1.5Gb download speeds. The only place I can see the 6E WiFi signal is from a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone. I think it is a driver issue with MS.
