Windows 11 keyboard lag. Nothing fixes it

This problem started about 2 months ago. It effects both the keyboard and the mouse. I am using a wireless keyboard.

Logitech MX710 I have used this keyboard successfully for about 3 years. My previous keyboard also Logitech wireless worked for about 5 years before I replaced it. I have reached out to Logitech and they do not have any drivers to use with their unifying receiver. I have checked so many helpful hints online that I have lost track of how many times I have tried each of them again and again.

I have tried the following steps:

reloaded drivers from windows, windows update, and computer based.

Removed keyboard filters

Changed repeat rate from medium to fast

Ran Keyboard troubleshooter

ran DSIM.exe /online /cleanup-image / restorehealth

ran sfc /scannow

restarted computer

Still have a very slow - skipping - laggy keyboard.

    I have another possible solution for this. I am about 90% certain that this contributes to the issue. It seems mobile phones can interfere with Logitech Unifying keyboards. I have noticed that if I put my iPhone down on my desk right near the keyboard, I seem to have the issue more often. If I keep the phone at least two feet from my keyboard, I rarely have any issues. I expect that this is because they are both using 2.4 Ghz frequencies, and the signal from the phone can overwhelm the signal from the keyboard.

    If you tend to put you phone on the table near the keyboard, try moving it to another location and see if this helps.

    I have the same problem. Logitech M310 wireless mouse and K540 wireless keyboard. Both work erratically on Windows 11. All the time, in all applications. I changed the batteries. These worked fine on Windows 7. These work fine on Windows 10 - I switch between a Windows 10 and Windows 11 computer all day, every day and the mouse and keyboard work fine on Windows 10. I've applied a firmware update from Logitech. I've installed every update that's been pushed to my Windows 11 computer. When are you going to fix this?

    Yes I ask it too - When are you going to fix this Microsoft??!! It's VERY AGGRAVATING

    I'm having the same problem - on my laptop keyboard, i.e. not a separate device. Aaargh.

    i have the same issue, but it's a wired keyboard, meaning it's connected to the computer physically.

    This should solve the problem, as I've experienced the same issue(s) & performed your exact steps above.

    Remove/delete all the keyboard devices from the 'device manager', and reboot the machine.

    Don't download/install or use the keyboard manufacturer's driver software but only allow Win 11 OS, built-in drivers.

    You probably have cookies / marketing junk on your machine tracking.
