Dear all,

Please help me with the issue i am facing everyday that my workstation forcefully powers off(no shutdown window or anything just cpu fan turns off suddenly) every night around 11pm before that it works smooth as butter but after that certain time it shuts down and if i try to boot again then also cpu turns off while booting or while workstation login screen.

I also have performed reset of windows by formatting my c drive and again reinstalling the same but that doesn't work either.

    Hi Keshav,

That first screenshot indicates a power surge occurred, is the electric supply to your house stable?

Unfortunately my pc is not starting now but i have a screenshot of BIOS page so i will attach it here so you can have information about my motherboard and cpu.

Also i got an error while booting after disconnecting my other harddrive. Here i am attaching that screenshot also.

I have upgraded the BIOS firmware today and this screenshot was taken yesterday so please consider the BIOS up to date.![Image](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/28c86b58-bcf9-4e39-bf73-f9713af04f62?platform=QnA

    Hi Keshav,

I believe this is not Windows causing this, especially since you cannot start up the PC after it shuts down.

I am going to check if there is a setting in your BIOS for this, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting system information window.
