Hello!

A few games are crashed after a few minutes of gaming. The mouse got stuck for a few seconds after I'm able to alt+tab but the game process is not responding.

I found the following errors and warnings in the Windows event logs:

Hello again. i am testing the ways now.
After i see twice my device crashes after going out from sleep, even when i unplug my hdd hard drives, i conclude that the problem reason is in the software . I checked my rams with memtest86 completely. and my PSU is a Green 650w which is famous for its excellent quality in the Middle East. i use Ubuntu and Windows together (selecting OS in boot menu of bios) and i installed nvidia driver in Ubuntu too. it is working fine even with high benchmarks and not error occurs. My GPU is RTX 2060 super. and i suspend (same as sleep) Ubuntu and continue my work without any problem. when i reinstall windows because of this error, windows automatically installs an old driver of nvidia on my system. Maybe because newer driver was not tested or compatible with the new updated version of Windows. i will try DDU and use Windows to install automatic driver with updates. then sleep my pc ....
And I will let you know the result.

    Thank you Sonic500 !
if my solution didn't work, i will update bios and test again.

I use DDU and then install 472.12 version of nvidia game ready driver (not DCH but Standard) on my system. it seems there is no error yet.
Of course, the problem may arise again later.

I think updating BIOS is dangerous and I will not do it until I have to. Especially considering that the computer may crash (as it happened before) in the middle of updating the bios.

    Hello again.

I recently got this error again.
Checking Event logs showed that windows updates nvidia display driver and after updates successfully, my system crashes successfully. 😒
After booting in safe mode ...
I hate windows automatic updates, so i go to about screen in settings app and in related settings go to system protection, select hardware tab and in device installation settings , disable automatic driver updates.

-> DDU -> Install 496.13 game ready driver -> It works fine again !
As i said before, i dont have any issue with nvidia driver and my sticks of ram in Ubuntu.
