Hello!
A few games are crashed after a few minutes of gaming. The mouse got stuck for a few seconds after I'm able to alt+tab but the game process is not responding.
I found the following errors and warnings in the Windows event logs:

The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

Thanks Man. I'll try this settings and will let you know if it fixed my problem. Been facing this problem since December 2022. Asked Asus for services but they just told me to RMA. It's out of warranty so it would cost me around 740 US dollars. Better to buy and new laptop.
I dropped the Core clock by 52. I didn't mess with the Memory clock at all. So far I have not had a crash and have played for 2 hours.
Can you tell me the at what speed you set it in the msi afterburner. Since we got the same laptop, it might work with mine too.
Hey I've the same laptop as you and did all the things you did which led to the error. Did you fixed the error somehow?
How old is your PSU? It is rare for a PSU to cause this issue but have you checked the power cable connections into your drives? I found out the hard way as the SATA connection was loose from all the changing around I been doing causing transmissions to cut in and out intermittently on a data pin. SSD's are hot-swappable (safe if no windows DIRS are linked) but Windows 10 used a temp DIR on D whilst installing for some reason and that was my issue.
Remove any storage drives, Use stock clocks, Make sure your BIOS is updated as there are a some new ones that have just been released but caution with ASUS as there is plenty of info on the BIOS updates which are auto over-volting your CPU, Disconnect from the net and re-install the package file from the website - Not an updater. Do a clean install.
This part may help when you un-install but restart and then re-install your chipset drivers before your graphics and restart each time.
Once done, open Device Manager, click on Display Adapters, then update driver but search for the .inf file manually to make sure it installed correctly if you have any doubts.
There are many options to get this done or search for the file with 'hidden sys files showing' and copy the missing file into the System32 folder.
Install the latest C++ Pack (big archive but installs all versions.
