Microsoft E Tree

I think the worst thing is aout a year we collecting points and plant trees, and one day pufffff, all vanish i not collecting points anymore i am expeting a answer from the progra management if they don´t say nothing .... i give up in my 56th tree is was almost ....

i did, but my whole progress is gone, like, im at 10 points right now, even the name of my tree is not there, basically the whole thing got a reset, ive logged in and out, checked its the right account, nothing, logged in a different device, nope, nada, the whole thing is gone.

I only hope the 11 trees that i supposedly i did, do get planted, but otherwise, meh, i think im done with it, such a demotivational thing to happen, and nobody in microsoft appears to care because there is just nowhere to ask for advice or support, such a shame, but honestly, i wont fret anymore about it and just forget it, it makes me sad but ive read about it, it has happened to other guys and they never got a solution either, so why bother

Try to log out and log in into your account again.

My Christmas tree is also missing.

It is motivating and also fun to know that we are together in greening the world. Unfortunately, the app is faulty, there is usual errors, until I encountered vanishing account. My eTree is gone. Hope you could fix that error.

I logged in today, had 11 trees planted and was about 50% on the 12th, not as many as some guys here, but hey, i got 11, but.... now its reseted to ZERO? ****? THAT IS NOT OK, man, ive lost all progress, i even had the christmas tree, why!? how1? how can i get it back? anyone?
