I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

This is a glitch, not a serious problem.
- Close all browser windows, reopen the browser and try again.
- Try another browser
- Clear the cache of whatever browser you're using. https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
- If those steps didn't fix it... a. Sign-out of MSN then sign-in again b. Restart the computer

(Yet, when I used an old laptop recently when I didn't have access to my desktop, I could see everyone's comments. I didn't try to sign in though.) What is going on ??
