I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

I don't truly understand why I can't comment on MSN news. How do I resolve this problem? It's rather annoying that this has disappeared. Please let me know how to get enabled to start reading and commenting.
