Where did the MSN comments go?

I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

    The more important question is why would you want to? MSM commenting is literally equal to kicking a brick wall with your foot then crying when you get stubbed. I'm frankly going to ignore the wall and stop trying to kick it down.

    I can see the sidebar and the comments icon has a number of comments according to the badge. But when clicked on, nothing happens. This can't be that tough for Microsoft to figure out. What gives?

    If the comments icon doesn't have a slash through it, you could try these two steps. If unsuccessful with them, there is probably nothing you can do on your end.

    1. Close all browser processes from Task Manager [Ctrl+Shift+Esc] and access the article again with a new browser process.
    2. Clear the browser cache. https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

    Was hoping to comment upon a recently posted article apparently hosted by MSN and couldn't. Is this normal? or only because a topic is protected from comment from other than top executives who don't want to be em bare ****. Suggest you open up commenting on articles you post.
