Where did the MSN comments go?

I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

    I can't even find any comment section on any article. Logged in or out makes no diff, comments are gone.

    I found it but there's a line thru the comments section icon. What gives? Have I angered the "mod god"?
