I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

Louise, I have the SAME problem, and I am distrustful of messing with my computer to fix it. Why would the comments icon suddenly disappear only for our computers? I know that other users are not having this problem. I wish there was a phone number to call, they make customer support so complicated!

I don't think you're understanding the problem. I have been commenting for over a year, I have followers and follow other people on MSN. I understand when the line is through the comment Icon that comments have been shut down for that article. I know how to look for the sidebar to find the comments icon.
What I am saying, and apparently several others are saying is that suddenly (a few days ago) there is no comments icon at all on ANY story. I cannot enter any comments and I cannot reply to comments. When I check my account, it says "congratulations! you have no violations or warnings".
Please is there any way to fix my account? I want to explain my absence to my followers and friends!
YES! THat is exactly what happened to me! There is no comments Icon suddenly!
I have this sidebar but unfortunately the comments icon is missing. I've done everything possible to get it to return...enable comments, empty cache, etc. The icon is just not there.
I think it is wise to do away with the comments section completely and forever, it was used as nothing more than a way for misinformation and hate to be spread. Everyone has the right to their opinion, but having everyone voice their opinion in an international setting often does more harm than good. Thank you for getting rid of the comments section, I think it will make the world a better place and more civil place.
