I can see the comments, but they have white rectangles superimposed. The white rectanges have somebody elses avatar and link to articles I have previously commented on.

I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

Nope! Didn't work for me. I've deleted it numerous times and the same 59 mb of cookies just show up again the next time I power up. Comments still gone and now all my favorites and passwords went *poof* as well.
Just deleting cookies did not work for me either until I went to "Delete cookies from a specific site". I use Edge:
Once I did this the comments were back. Had to do it a couple of times after starting up my computer a few days but after that seemed to work. If they disappear, I just do these steps again.
Well deleting cookies did NOT work for me. I've deleted them, closed the browser, logged out of everything I can think of and restarted. NO CHANGE! Only way I can access comments is to log in under one of my other accounts. I never received any messages about breaking a rule my access just became intermittent, then stopped all together. What can I do?
