Where did the MSN comments go?

I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

    They do not support you having an opinion! They wish to dictate your thoughts and leave you zero room to deliberate on their chosen topics! Bloody awful

    Just deleting cookies did not work for me either until I went to "Delete cookies from a specific site". I use Edge:

    1. Select Settings and more - click on Setting gear - Cookies and site permissions
    2. Under Cookies and data stores select Manage and dlelet cookies and site data - see all cookies and site data an search for MSN.
    3. delete the MSN cookies

    Once I did this the comments were back. Had to do it a couple of times after starting up my computer a few days but after that seemed to work. If they disappear, I just do these steps again.

    I went into settings and cookies then searched for MSN and deleted everything related to it.
