Where did the MSN comments go?

I used the MSN comments section yesterday and now today, no matter what story I click on, there is not comment bubble to get in. How do I access the comments?

    That is fine, however, I do not think MSN want anyone, not only me, to comment on anything anymore. They are regulating our free speech. I don't think any of your suggestions will work. The last icon on the side bar is a SHARE button.

    Try my suggestions or don't try them. It's your choice.

    This is a glitch, not a serious problem.

    1. Close all browser windows, reopen the browser and try again.
    2. Try another browser
    3. Clear the cache of whatever browser you're using. https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ 
    4. If those steps didn't fix it... a. Sign-out of MSN then sign-in again b. Restart the computer

    Commenting may be shut off for a particular article, but is it possible that you didn't see this sidebar to the left of the article where various commenting icons are?
