not sure. Where i am seeing it is like the picture you linked. When in the brouser and you get a response. If you refresh page it shows up just like the one you were asking if that is what we see.
My comments are getting responses but they are coded, I cannot read the codes. They popup looking like garble with no words. Will show below

I have updated all the updates for Window's that are out there. It started out where i could open a new page and then see the response. But as of yesterday i keep getting same string no matter how many pages i open up. I have used anti-virus. I have restarted my PC. And i am only one who uses this PC. So would like to know where the problem is because it sure isn't on my side if others are having the same issues all of a sudden.

Are you receiving Notification Emails to an @yahoo.com account and are you accessing this email account through the Windows 10/11 Mail app?
