My comments are getting responses but they are coded, I cannot read the codes. They popup looking like garble with no words. Will show below

    Don,

    I finally received an errand response to a comment I made. The errand message is not there when I have just the Microsoft page opened. The message will pop up on any MSN web page I open. I can close an MSN page and reopen a new one and the message reappears.

    I shutdown my browser and then opened it. No change.

    The message does not appear on ad web pages. Just MSN web pages opened from Microsoft start page

    I was able to backtrack and find the reply that triggered the message. It is the crayon comment in the screen shot. This is on Corrupted file to blame for FAA aviation stoppage that delayed thousands of flights (msn.com)

    I have not closed the error message, so I can still access it. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
