My Win 11 PC won't wake up from sleep using the keyboard or mouse.

My Win 11 PC can only wake up by pressing the power button. How do make it able to wake up using the keyboard or mouse?

I have checked the option that says "Enable wake up using mouse or keyboard" somewhere, but it doesn't make any difference.

My PC is updated to the latest system update.

I believe I found the solution, it is a Windows power-saving policy where USB power is cut off when the computer goes into sleep mode, so the keyboard receiver will not work, and the computer will not wake up as a result. You just need to disable this feature.

Settings > Energy e Battery > Energy Recommendations > Stop usb devices when my screen is off to save battery ----> Turn Off.

I tried a lot of solutions on this thread and nothing worked on my new Geekom Mini PC. What did finally work for me, was just pressing the power button on the PC itself. NOT Holding the power in, but just a quick touch and release. This did not boot the computer at all, it just woke it up from sleeping and all of the opened apps remained as before sleep.

I guess the Computer Manufacturer anticipated this problem and fixed it without any changes to the OS or BIOS. This was the simplest solution that I read on this thread.

I had the same issue, for me Ctrl + Alt + Del solved the issue.

This did not work for me. The keyboard and mouse are non-functional when my PC is asleep. It doesn't matter what keys you hit, nothing happens.

Unless someone can come up with a setting in Windows alive to keep the Bluetooth active enough to 'wake' the computer, I will have to keep clicking the power button. The only thing that I've found to work.

Agreed. Nothing seems to work to keep Bluetooth active when the laptop goes to sleep. I prefer closed lid with external monitor and external keyboard/mouse. I always need to open the laptop lid and tap power button to wake up the laptop from sleep.
