Hello,

made new PC where i get sometimes Blueescreen. First i thought it was the wifi driver, after that i had some days peace. (Yes i use wifi). Under load it did not happen, usally if am browsing or doing nothing.

Changes in Bios: AMD-V,EXPO Profile, Adjusted Fan Curve Silent, Updated to the newest Bios (Since my Fan Cases PMW where always at 1100 RPM).

Inside the Eventviewer i cant get any clue, only before where it says Wifi had connection issues (Critical, so i get a driver from Lenovo, since Gigabyte did not provide the newest.)

Okay thanks, i did right now a clean uninstall with the tool your provided in safe mode. Restarted, disabled wifi, and installed the the amd setup again.

(I had confirmed both onboard and external over Device Manager where back to the Windows Default Driver, or however it was called.)

Let's see how long it will take now, to get into it again, or maybe its resolved, or is there where a way to test it out?

I use the WinDbg tool to see the data from the minidump files.

BlueScreenView never gave me the correct information.

Do you have the drivers for both installed?

If yes, do a clean install of both drivers.

This is a resume of the information from your minidumps:

    DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133)

The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL

    or above.

    Arguments:

Arg1: 0000000000000001, The system cumulatively spent an extended period of time at

DISPATCH\_LEVEL or above. The offending component can usually be

    identified with a stack trace.

    Arg2: 0000000000001e00, The watchdog period.

    Arg3: fffff8042e31c340, cast to nt!DPC_WATCHDOG_GLOBAL_TRIAGE_BLOCK, which contains

additional information regarding the cumulative timeout

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Your minidumps indicate the driver "amdkmdag.sys" as causing the crashes. This driver belongs to your video card.

I suggest you do a clean install of the drivers.

Download the latest driver for your video card from the AMD website. Then use the free DDU tool to remove the current driver. Then install the latest driver using the installer you downloaded.

    DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-dr...

    AMD driver download: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-rad...

See if the system will work stable after this.

Feel free to ask back any questions.
